COACH/FOUNDER CHELSEA

Chelsea is a Pilates and strength expert who has dedicated the last decade and a half to building a strong body and mind through lifting and coaching others to do the same.

Chelsea is a long-time mat and mega-former Pilates instructor with a history of athletic performance. She has studied, and continues to study and understand, body mechanics for optimal performance and longevity.

Her obsession and passion for health and wellness shine throughout her entire being…and even more so when coaching others to be their best and strongest selves.

COACH BRIANNA

Brianna Esquibel is a highly experienced coach with 14+ years of expertise in group and boutique fitness. Born and raised in Colorado, she discovered her passion for fitness and wellness at a young age. Her focus lies in barre, pilates, and cardio, and she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals while also enhancing their overall well-being. Brianna thrives on creating connections and fostering a sense of community with everyone who enters the studio. Outside of coaching, she also practices aesthetics at a med spa and fulfills her most important role as a mother to her two children. Additionally, she cares for three dogs and takes care of her own flock of chickens and ducks. Brianna is eagerly looking forward to meeting you at the studio.

Favorite type of music: it's hard to pick an ultimate favorite as I was raised on everything from the real oldies to country to hip hop, pop and edm. My classes are always more upbeat pop, hip hop and edm, but I love to throw some oldies in with a dash of upbeat country!

COACH KRISTI 

Kristi is a connector at heart with over a decade of experience in coaching and studio management. Kristi strives to make all students feel welcome and empowered to listen to their bodies during their workouts. Her classes teach to the most athletic student in class while remaining accessible to newbies. She pushes students to show up and do their best while being an avid cheerleader for everyone in the room. Knowing a playlist can make or break a class, Kristi is constantly digging for new music to keep students inspired while her authenticity makes her classes light and fun. 

Favorite type of music: edm!! deep tracks only, house, breakbeats, pop, hip-hop

COACH ANNIE 

Annie’s spark for movement came from a need to loose baby weight. After many months of practicing yoga she felt strong, confident, and resilient and wanted to share that magic with others so she became a yoga teacher. After practicing and teaching yoga, she found and fell in love with running, HIIT, strength training and cycling. This sparked her personal journey with fitness and love of helping others find their fitness spark for the past 12 years.

Favorite type of music: classic rock

Favorite food: dark chocolate

COACH ALYSSA 

Alyssa is a dance educator and choreographer who found her love for fitness through her personal healing journey. She has spent the past eleven years teaching a variety of dance and fitness classes with the mission to help others heal through movement. She lives for the connection that fitness brings to oneself and the community we’re immersed in. Alyssa is passionate in her belief that fitness should feel empowering, and looks forward to sharing this energy with her classes! 

Favorite type of music:  I love a wide variety of music but consistently listen to different healing frequencies throughout my day. 

Favorite food: Bolognese pasta bowl!

COACH SERENA 

Serena Robinson is a movement enthusiast born with a passion for helping others. She has spent the past eight years as a dance educator, choreographer, and fitness coach. Her love for Pilates ignited when she experienced more mindfulness, strength, and confidence both in and out of the studio. As a firm believer in the mind, body, and soul connection she intentionally creates inspiring, challenging, and welcoming classes for all! 

Favorite type of music: I love listening to a variety of music really anything that makes me sing, dance, and be in the moment! 

Favorite food: Carne Asada Tacos
